در یادداشت کوتاهی خطاب به وزیر امور خارجه ایران، محمدجواد ظریف، روزنامه نگار ایرانی بهمن احمدی امویی اظهارات آقای ظریف در مصاحبه ای با چارلی روز در شبکه سی ان ان را به چالش میکشد و اعلام میدارد: “به‌عنوان یکی از زندانیانی که به خاطر عقیده و مطالبی که در روزنامه‌های مختلف و قانونی کشور نوشته‌ام، مورد بازجویی، شکنجه روحی و جسمی قرار گرفتم و چند سالی را هم در زندان گذرانده‌ام، شهادت می‌دهم همچنان که پیش‌ازاین احمدی‌نژاد و دیگر مقامات قضایی و سیاسی کشور دراین‌باره دروغ گفته‌اند، دولت روحانی و وزیر خارجه‌اش نیز در این مورد دروغ می‌گویند.” آقای بهمن احمدی امویی مهرماه سال گذشته پس از سپری کردن 5 سال و 4 ماه در زندان به اتهام “اقدام علیه امنیت ملی و تبلیغ علیه نظام از طریق انتشار مقاله‌های اقتصادی در روزنامه و سایت شخصی خود” از زندان آزاد شد.
In a poignant short piece on his website, journalist Bahman Ahmadi Amouee, who served five years and four months in prison on charges of “acting against national security,” and “propaganda against the regime through publishing articles on the economy in newspapers and his personal website,” challenges the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on his statements during a recent interview with Charlie Rose of CNN, in which he said that “we do not jail people for their opinions,” and that “people who commit crimes cannot hide behind being a journalist or a political activist…” In his piece Amouee wrote, “As one of the prisoners who was interrogated and psychologically and physically tortured and forced to spend several years in prison, I testify that just as Ahmadinejad and other judicial and state officials lied about this, the Rouhani Government and his Foreign Minister lie about this.” http://www.amouei.com/spip.php?article340
